Our administration division complies fully with all regulatory and statutory provisions of the basic conditions of the employment Act and conditions prescribed by relevant Bargaining Council Agreements.
All employees are required to wear protective clothing and supply their own tools if or when required.

Other services offered which are included in our rates are Disciplinary Hearings, assistance in arbitration as well as we are able to provide our clients with representation at the CCMA. Any disciplinary action will be conducted if required on the client’s premises by our Contracts Director, Martin King; this is to optimize speedy resolutions.

We therefore review our rates annually and increase accordingly.
We use the VIP wages payroll system and maintain computerised records of all contract staff. Wages can be processed weekly, Bi-weekly, or monthly. Employees are paid through direct banking; VIP pay slips are printed or WhatsApp’s individually.
All candidates are required to wear protective clothing (PPE), we purchase and distribute and then on-bill our clients accordingly.
What is Included in our rates (this can be customised):

- Workman’s Compensation (0540/941/1340)
- 15 days Leave Pay per year or pro-rata.
- 10 days Sick Leave per year or pro- rata (this can be billed on occurrence)
- 3 days Family Responsibility per year or pro- rata

Excluded and optional are:

Our fee structure can be adjusted according to your company’s requirements. We tailor structure as per your requirements. All documentation is available upon request.
PERMANENT PLACEMENTS
We have a small team that are dedicate to the recruitment of positions of a permanent nature in any industry.
Our Terms and Conditions relating to our fee structure would need to be signed and accepted before the recruitment process can begin.
We are able to advertise, according to specific requirements of your company. All candidates are screened and interviewed. Much care is taken in scrutinising qualifications with thorough reference checking.
Candidates are short -listed and Curriculum Vitae are prepared for our clients to evaluate each candidate.
Once candidates have been interviewed by you the client, the final selection of any applicant remains at the sole discretion of the client.
